A special edition bar made from genetically rare Criollo beans, recently awarded Heirloom Cacao Preservation (HCP) status, from Akesson's Organic Bejofo Estate, Madagascar. Bright forward flavours of raspberry and membrillo with hints of grassiness. Bean to bar chocolate handmade in Orford, Suffolk, UK.
