We go through a great deal of milk, cream and crème fraîche at the bakery so it's important to us that it's good quality and from happy cows. Marybelle Dairy uses milk from four farms, including their own, all in Suffolk and all pasture-grazed (with access to extra feed to supplement the grass). Their award-winning crème fraîche is a perfect match with our gingery treacle tart.
