Based at Cann Mills in Dorset, Stoate and Sons stone-mill grains using a French Burr stone made of limestone from the Empernon district in France. Established in 1832, they still turn grain into flour in much the same way the would have when they first started. Their flours contribute excellent flavour and texture to many of our sourdough loaves.
